NSAI Certification UK was established as a subsidiary of NSAI (National Standards Authority of Ireland) under the National Standards Authority of Ireland Act (1996) and was registered as a private limited company limited by shares by the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales, United Kingdom on 15 July 2021.
