What We Do
NSAI Certification UK Limited was established as a subsidiary of NSAI (National Standards Authority of Ireland) under Section 15 of the NSAI Act 1996 (Ireland), and was registered as a private limited company limited by shares by the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales, United Kingdom on 15th July 2021.
The main functions of NSAI Certification UK are as follows:
- To certify any commodity, process or practice as conforming with the requirements of the UKCA mark.
- To arrange for the testing and analysis of commodities in relation to certification and approval schemes.
- To enter into agreements with bodies in other countries, in particular agreements relating to mutual recognition of certificates of conformity.
Our Work
NSAI UK Certification creates, maintains and promotes accredited certification of products, services and organisations for compliance with recognised standards, from business management systems to product approvals. It issues certification confirming the quality and safety of goods and services produced and traded in Ireland
